CURRIUCULM NOTES:
READING: Please have your child read "Ants" to you in their blue reading books. Review all highlighted words in the story. All books should be returned on Monday. We are working on short i words and word families.
SPELLING: Students took their practice test today. If they have a +10 on their test, they WILL NOT take the test on THURSDAY. However, please keep practicing these words because they may see them again.
MATH: Please continue to practice with your child on counting by 5's orally and written, before and after numbers, and tally marks.
SCIENCE: This week we continued studied habitats. Students learned what a habitat is, different kinds of habitats, where they are located, and what animals/plants might live there.
